IF YOU ARE SYMPTOMATIC, SUSPECT THAT YOU MAY HAVE COME IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE WHO IS INFECTED WITH COVID-19 OR HAVE TRAVELED OUTSIDE OF CANADA WITHIN THE PAST 14 DAYS, WE ASK YOU TO PLEASE REFRAIN FROM ORDERING AT THIS TIME. OUR DRIVERS ARE TAKING PRECAUTIONS, HOWEVER, WE CANNOT PUT OUR DRIVERS AT RISK. WE ARE CURRENTLY RECEIVING HIGHER THAN USUAL DELIVERY ORDERS AND ASK FOR PATIENCE AS WAIT TIMES HAVE INCREASED. • WE ASK THAT ANY CUSTOMERS IN BUILDINGS MUST NOW MEET US IN THE LOBBY, EXCEPT IF THERE ARE MOBILITY CONCERNS. CUSTOMERS WILL BE CALLED PRIOR TO THE DELIVERY TO CONFIRM.

• IF STORES ARE RUNNING OUT OF STOCK OF A SPECIFIC PRODUCT, WE ARE HAPPY TO PROVIDE THE APPROPRIATE SUBSTITUTIONS.

• PLEASE HAVE YOUR ORDERS READY WHEN CALLING, OTHER
VALUED CUSTOMERS ARE TRYING TO GET THROUGH

• DEBIT IS INTERMITTED - IT WOULD BE IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO
ALWAYS HAVE CASH ON HAND SO THAT YOU MAY RECEIVE YOUR
ORDERS IF DEBIT IS NOT WORKING
